Shipping Information
All Rim Protect Strips are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Each strip is rolled and packed flat in protective packaging to prevent creasing in transit — if yours arrives bent, it will straighten out naturally once applied to the wheel's curve, or can be gently warmed with a hairdryer before fitting.
Care Instructions
- Clean first: Wipe the rim edge with rubbing alcohol or soapy water and dry fully before applying — adhesive won't bond to dust, wax, or brake dust residue.
- Apply slowly: Peel back a small section of backing at a time, working around the rim in short sections to avoid air bubbles.
- Cure time: Avoid washing the wheel or driving through heavy rain for 24–48 hours after application.
- Cleaning: Once cured, clean with a soft cloth and standard wheel cleaner — avoid high-pressure jet washers aimed directly at the strip edge.
- Durability: Resists curb scuffs and light impacts, but is a cosmetic/protective layer, not armour against major impacts.
Returns
Unused, unopened strips can be returned within 14 days. Once applied, strips can't be returned for hygiene/adhesive reasons — please check colour and size before fitting.
